Using our Semillon grapes we have created a soft citrus/lemon palate, balanced with delicate acidity and natural sweetness. A refreshing sparkling with a lingering, fresh finish.
On its own as an aperitif, with salads or fish.

A sparkling wine made from semillon grapes off their Canberra estate vineyards. Nice one.
Lemony fresh in blossom, preserved and candied citrus going on. The perfume is sweet-tinged but pleasing. Simple, clean, lemony flavours abound. Bead is frothy and vigorous. A touch cloying, but you miss that with a decent chill. It’s very nice drinking, very fresh feeling.

We wish to advise that as of February 1 our Cellar Door will be trading as normal, however the restaurant will not be operating and will be available for a new lessee to take the reins.
