Our Wine Range
Our premium wine range has been crafted by selecting the best parcels of premium cool climate grapes from our vineyard. We pick in the night and crush in the cool early morning hours to ensure fruit remains at temperatures less than 20 degrees. The winemaking methods used are traditional while utilising the latest technology. Our Riesling uses only free run juice and our Semillon is only very softly pressed, our reds all undergo open fermentation prior to basket pressing and maturation in oak for up to two years prior to bottling.
This range is where we have won most of our acclaim, the wines display the cool climate characteristics of rich fruit flavours, crisp acid structure and fine, silky tannins.
